Logistics Chatbot Microservices Platform (LANC)
Architected a MVP logistics chatbot platform on GCP using a modular microservices design. Deployed containerized services on Compute Engine within a VPC, with Kong API Gateway and Cloud Load Balancing handling routing and traffic control.
Integrated PostgreSQL (Cloud SQL) as both the transactional datastore and a RAG layer (vector embeddings), Redis (Memorystore) for caching user chat history and session state, and Milvus for semantic search. Leveraged the BAAI BGE embedding model for NLP, enabling intent detection and reverse semantic search across conversations and logistics data.
Connected with external logistics providers and secured secrets using Vault, enabling scalable, real-time multi-carrier orchestration.

Christian Missionary Alliance (CMA) – Datacenter Exit & Azure Migration (Contract Secured)
Conducted the full technical assessment for CMA’s on-prem datacenter exit and Azure migration initiative. This included VM and workload discovery, dependency mapping, a 3-phase migration strategy, Azure architecture design, and detailed cost estimation across compute, storage, networking, and managed services.
Performed man-hour estimation for each migration phase and contributed to client-side cost discussions and negotiation.
Prepared client-facing technical documentation and architecture PPTs, directly enabling the successful acquisition of the migration contract.
